Niedziocha, the Liaison Naval Officer (LNO) from the USNS Stockham, talks to a representative from a non-governmental organization (NGO) regarding humanitarian relief efforts on Gizo Island after the area was hit by an earthquake and tsunami.  USNS Stockham is in the Solomon Islands to facilitate humanitarian assistance operations by the U.S. Department of State and non-governmental organizations.
